Talk Therapy

I provide intersectional, affirming mental health care that embraces neurodiversity and caters to the unique experiences of adult individuals within the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as those experiencing:

  • grief / loss (death or non-death related)

  • PTSD and trauma

  • depression / anxiety

  • OCD

  • identity-related struggles

  • life transition

  • stress

  • perfectionism

  • parenting issues

  • postpartum depression / anxiety

I also happily assist those in need of letters supporting gender-affirming healthcare journeys.

My therapeutic approach blends self-compassion and mindfulness with various evidence-based therapies, including:

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

  • Exposure Response Prevention (ERP)

I also integrate somatic techniques and am trained in Critical Memory Integration (CMI).
